ZUBEENFANWALL is an independent, fan-created tribute to Zubeen Garg. It is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Zubeen Garg, his family, estate, or record label. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
You may submit a memory, photo, letter, poem, artwork, song, or video as a genuine tribute. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a public memorial wall, and not to use the site to spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt it.
You retain ownership of whatever you submit. By submitting, you confirm that:
You grant ZUBEENFANWALL a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your submission on the wall, on its detail page, and in materials generated for sharing it (e.g. the downloadable share image), for as long as it remains approved on the site. A moderator may ask you to confirm your rights or clarify a submission before it is approved.
Every submission is reviewed by a person before it appears publicly. We may approve, reject, or ask for changes at our discretion, including where we have reason to doubt that a contributor holds the rights to what they submitted. We may also remove previously approved content later if it turns out to violate these terms.
This site is provided as-is, run by fans as a labor of love, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZUBEENFANWALL and the people who built it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
